Trainer-led coaching is personalised 1:1 preparation assigned after a free level assessment. Your trainer scores your mock test manually and recommends a program tier.

The Preparation Kit (AUD 49) is self-paced: five full sample tests, vocabulary PDF, flashcards, and dashboard tracking. You can buy it from Programs without coaching.

It is a full mock test with two dialogues, completed on the platform with recording. You upload your notes and submit for review. A trainer scores both dialogues manually and may recommend a coaching program. It uses exclusive assessment dialogues—not the same audio as the five Preparation Kit sample tests.

The level assessment is trainer-scored and used to recommend coaching. Preparation Kit sample tests are for practice: you self-score after each mock from your dashboard. Both use exam-style dialogues, but the purpose and scoring are different.

After review, your trainer may recommend Performance Refinement (AUD 99), Guided Preparation (AUD 149), or Foundation Support (AUD 229). Coaching is enrolled through Contact Us after your recommendation is ready—not via automatic checkout on the site.

Yes. Every coaching package includes full Preparation Kit access: sample tests, vocabulary PDF, and flashcards.

You can submit up to 20 level assessments per week. If you reach the limit, try again the following week or contact us if you need help.

Log in and open your Dashboard, then Sample tests. Choose a test to launch the practice tool. You need Preparation Kit access on your account.

You self-score after each mock in the practice tool. Trainer scoring applies only to the level assessment, not to kit sample tests.

Tests completed, how many of the five sample tests you have passed, and study time. After you purchase the kit, a banner confirms your access is active.

Use a desktop or laptop with a microphone in a quiet room. Mobile browsers are not recommended for recording quality during the level assessment.

Allow microphone permission when prompted. Replay dialogue audio using the on-screen player before you record. If you see a message after five seconds of silence: OK continues recording; Cancel lets you replay the dialogue and try again.

Open Programs in the menu. You can buy the Preparation Kit there. Coaching enrolment starts with the level assessment, not a direct buy button on that page.

Check Assessment status. Trainers typically complete scoring within 2–3 business days. You will be emailed when your recommended program is ready.

After Stripe checkout, return to your Dashboard. Sample tests and vocabulary unlock when payment completes.

Kit content requires Preparation Kit access. If you just paid, refresh the dashboard. If access is still missing, contact us with the email you used to pay.
